You’ll be based in the Ae Adventure villa which sits at 3500 ft on the Sierra Nevada mountains in the south of Spain and where you really do get an average of 321 days of sunshine every year!
You’ll ride an incredible variety of terrain and find yourself biking down endless singletrack, over high passes, along forest trails with amazing views & through the narrow streets of traditional Spanish villages.
There’s a good chance your riding will improve as you hit the trails everyday, honing your skills on a real mix of terrain.
You’ll get to ride trails that aren’t marked on any maps or printed in any guide books (yet!), many of them discovered and pieced together by the Ae Adventure guides over the last 4 years.
You’ll get to experience the “Real Spain” in an area where old men still travel about on donkeys and the bars of the local villages still serve free tapas (plates of food) with every drink!
You get to stay in accommodation which allows you to access the trails by simply stepping out of the front door!!

smooth and go up to 2000 metres, the traffic is light, the weather is warm and dry
... sounds like road heaven, it pretty much is !! From our base at 3500 feet in a
traditional Spanish village you can access a variety of routes from high mountain
road passes to the Mediterranean Sea. The Tour of Spain comes through this area,

Ae Adventure - The Culture Tour - A mixed bag of biking and culture. This is the week to book if you really want to immerse yourself into the culture of Granada and still get a bit of mountain biking in with your holiday. Every other day we hit the trails and in between you'll visit the Alhambra in Granada, try out the local bodegas on a wine tasting tour, take in an amazing local Alpujarran museum and visit the highest village in Spain famed worldwide for it's Jamón.
